Senior Manager, Revenue Analytics

Panorama Education

• Build and own Panorama’s core revenue reporting across pipeline, bookings, renewals, churn, retention, productivity, and forecast accuracy. • Deliver insights that guide strategic decisions—identifying trends, diagnosing performance gaps, and highlighting opportunities for growth. • Partner with GTM leadership to define and refine KPIs, targets, and business drivers. • Move beyond reporting to root-cause analysis and prescriptive recommendations. • Support the company’s forecasting process through data models, scenario planning, and advanced analysis. • Improve forecast visibility and accuracy across Sales and Client Success. • Build tools that increase operational predictability and empower leadership planning. • Lead monthly and quarterly forecast analytics reviews with GTM leadership. • Develop high-quality dashboards in Salesforce, Looker, or equivalent BI tools to give leaders real-time visibility into the business. • Create scalable reporting frameworks that simplify how GTM teams consume data. • Ensure consistency and accuracy of metrics across all reporting systems. • Partner with Business Systems and Data teams to improve data definitions, data hygiene, and sources of truth. • Help design data models that support forecasting, segmentation, lead routing, and account strategy. • Champion data quality initiatives across the revenue organization. • Directly manage and develop a team of revenue analysts. • Establish weekly operating cadence, prioritization frameworks, and clear performance expectations. • Coach team members on analytical rigor, storytelling with data, stakeholder management, and executive communication. • Review analyses and models for quality, accuracy, and strategic clarity before executive distribution. • Balance reactive business requests with proactive analytical initiatives. • Build a scalable analytics roadmap aligned to company growth goals. • Foster a high-performance culture rooted in ownership, precision, and business impact. • Work closely with Sales, CS, Marketing, and Finance leaders to understand analytical needs and deliver insights that accelerate growth. • Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for GTM leaders and executives. • Influence strategic decisions through compelling, data-backed analysis.

Job Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Revenue Analytics, Sales/Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, or related roles in a SaaS environment.
  • 3+ years of people management experience, including hiring, coaching, and developing high-performing analytical teams.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; expert in Excel/Sheets and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.).
  • Deep experience with Salesforce reporting, dashboards, data structures, and objects.
  • Proven ability to analyze large datasets, identify patterns, and present insights clearly to leadership.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools/functions to advance reporting, dashboarding, analysis, etc.
  • Strong business acumen across SaaS metrics, pipeline dynamics, sales cycles, and retention motions.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to partner cross-functionally.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
  • Experience supporting enterprise or public sector sales motions (preferred).
  • Familiarity with multi-product or multi-segment revenue organizations (preferred).
  • Background in EdTech or mission-aligned SaaS (preferred).
