Description and Requirements Role Value Proposition The Regulatory Reporting team is responsible for ensuring compliance with SEC requirements. At MGCC, the team handles the validation, preparation, and review of various sections for SEC Reporting. Applications used include PeopleSoft and HFM. Key Responsibilities Assists with quarterly and year-end reporting, including the preparation and review of SEC reportings. Knowledge of SEC Reporting and USGAAP Plan workflows for all deliverables in advance of quarter end. Analyze and report interrelationships of financial information. Support financial analysis/reporting and the integrity of financial data. Excellent analytical and research skills. Required Qualifications - 4+ years of management and project management experience demonstrating strong leadership, coaching skills and planning and organizational skills - Extensive knowledge of IDI, STD, LTD, group disability, Workers Compensation, ERISA, Social Security and state laws - Strong analytical and decision-making skills with a focus on producing results - Creative problem-solving abilities and the ability to think outside the box - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both verbal and written form - Excellent customer service skills proven through internal and external customer interactions - Demonstrated conceptual thinking, risk management, ability to handle complex situations effectively - Organizational and time management skills - Ability to effectively manage multiple systems and technology resources Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor's degree - 10+ years of LTD Insurance Claims experience The expected salary range for this position is $78,000 - $104,000.
