This role owns the end-to-end experience for developers building on Workato: from first API call to production-scale agent systems. This is not a roadmap execution role. You will define the platform strategy, make hard tradeoffs, and build a product that developers choose in a competitive market. Responsibilities We are seeking a strategic Staff Product Manager to lead our developer-facing products for LLM and Agentic applications. Requirements Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills - 7+ years in product management, including owning a developer-facing product or platform end-to-end—from defining the vision to shipping and iterating - Strong product instincts for developer platforms, with a clear point of view on what differentiates winning products (DX, capabilities, ecosystem, distribution) - Experience driving adoption with external developers, including improving key stages of the funnel: discover → try → activate → scale - Hands-on experience building or managing APIs, SDKs, CLIs, or extensibility frameworks, with an understanding of how these impact real developer workflows - Demonstrated developer empathy, grounded in observing and improving real workflows (e.g., working with APIs, CI/CD, logs, IDEs) - Comfortable going deep with engineering on system design and tradeoffs, including constraints, scalability, and abstraction decisions - Familiarity with modern AI/LLM or agent-based development workflows (e.g., orchestration, prompt iteration, evaluation, observability) - Awareness of how developer workflows are evolving (AI copilots, APIs-first development, faster iteration cycles), with a perspective on where things are headed Nice to Have - Hands-on experience building or using LLM-powered applications and familiarity with AI frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar. - Experience with integration, automation, or MLOps platforms. - Active participation in developer communities through writing, speaking, or open-source contributions. Soft Skills / Personal Characteristics - You are a strategic thinker who can connect technology with business impact and craft a compelling product narrative. - You have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams. - You are comfortable with ambiguity and rapid iteration, thriving in fast-paced, innovative environments.
