We are looking for a Digital E-commerce Specialist. The Digital Division of Holland America is growing rapidly in support of our evolving brand and growing business. The Digital E-commerce Specialist position will contribute to Holland America and Seabourn's success by garnering insights from data and reporting on our progress. They work closely with digital product, merchandising, and advertising teams to help optimize and achieve online conversion and revenue goals. They contribute quantitative data and insights into our prioritization and decision processes. The Digital E-commerce Specialist reports to the Senior Analyst, Digital Analytics in a fast-paced, cross-functional E-commerce team. We are looking for a passionate analyst who is excited about using data to understand website E-commerce behavior so that we can better serve our visitors. The ideal candidate is curious, strategic, and has the digital analytics skill to pursue their curiosity. In addition to web analytics data, the Digital E-commerce Analyst will use a broad range of existing customer data to identify and evaluate opportunities to impact our ecommerce strategy, optimization, and help us grow our direct business. Additionally, the analyst will work with cross-functional partners to develop additional data sources to inform targeting and personalization. Responsibilities: - Leverage analytics tools to understand and analyze web & mobile app data, identify trends and insights to help our teams maximize effectiveness of the E-commerce program and investments. - Distill analysis into concise recommendations and present to stakeholders with creative, effective visualizations. - Maintain weekly and monthly E-commerce business dashboards, derive insights from the data to present to stakeholders weekly. Create quarterly executive summaries to share with leadership. - Maintain clear and consistent communication with business stakeholders and leadership. - Work closely with product management and A/B Testing teams to understand current friction points, define and prioritize future improvements. - Support content and marketing teams with reporting needs and campaign performance measurement. - Work with leadership teams on company and divisional strategic initiatives, E-commerce forecast, quarterly planning, and sprint planning. Knowledge & Skills: - Scope: The Digital E-commerce Specialist operates within the digital marketing and e-commerce teams at Holland America Line and Seabourn, supporting both shore-based and fleet operations. Responsibilities extend to analyzing digital sales channels, optimizing online customer journeys, and supporting global e-commerce initiatives that impact multiple markets and guest segments. - Problem Solving: Tackles complex data analysis challenges, such as identifying trends in online booking behavior and troubleshooting conversion rate issues. Expected to develop actionable insights from large datasets, recommend improvements to digital platforms, and resolve discrepancies in e-commerce reporting. - Impact: Directly influences the effectiveness of digital sales strategies, impacting revenue generation and guest satisfaction across the business. Provides critical analysis that shapes marketing campaigns, website enhancements, and digital product offerings, supporting the company's growth in the digital space. - Leadership: May lead small project teams or cross-functional working groups focused on digital initiatives.
