About the role The Curation department is leading the quality, authentication & selection of items listed on the platform. The Curation team builds the Vestiaire Collective catalogue according to the Website DNA. As true fashion experts, the curation team considers trends, major brands and iconic collections in order to build the most relevant catalog for our international community. - This position is a 35-hour per week contract, hybrid-based in Paris. - There are mandatory office days from Monday to Wednesday, with remote work on Thursday and Friday. - The training period will last one month; during this time, the first two weeks will be fully office-based. What you will do - Analysis and verification of the content of each "Unsigned brand" listing - Analysis and validation of AI-model detections, including compliance monitoring (prohibited or non-exportable goods), data anomaly correction (sizing errors), and curation of high-impact commercial products. - Participate in the creation of a new curation scope. - Identification of priorities based on product flow. - Permanent communication with the team to synchronize interventions. - Continuous improvement of the catalog. - Perform brand research - Participation in training sessions with various teams. • Lead, manage and co-ordinate the conduct of clinical trials from study start-up to close out (CSR/Archival) at a country level in accordance with ICH-GCP and other applicable local regulations • Maintain the quality and scientific integrity of clinical trials at a local/country level • Actively collaborate with cross functional internal and external partners to ensure timely delivery, budget implementation of clinical trial results within the local country • Partner with global and local country teams to provide high level country strategy and actively drive study progress and local/country level study delivery • Communicate country status (including timelines and results) to key partners including updates to relevant systems for transparency • Provide country level input into the Country Operational Plan and partners with the Development Feasibility Manager through feasibility and with the Global Clinical Managers to ensure local delivery of the study • Support internal audit and inspection activities and contribute to CAPAs, including leading resolution of issues when appropriate e.g., vendor management • Assign and deliver all study support staff and continually review country level risk mitigation to ensure study delivers to plan
