GHX
• The Implementation Consultant III implements GHX products in accordance with the scope of work sold to the customer. • Leads instructor-led training sessions on GHX products and applications. • Maintain and communicate project status to identify progress, risk and mitigate delays. • Participate in identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities that optimize delivery results and achieve greater customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or a combination of education and equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 3 years in an implementation or project management role in a healthcare IT or supply chain organization
- Strong understanding of healthcare supply chain, EDI, project delivery and system to system integration
- Strong understanding of data structures, system integration, materials management, supply chain and accounting.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare procure-to-pay and supply chain operations
- Ability to interpret business needs with the goal of implementing products that will meet or exceed customer’s goals and objectives
- Have a continuous improvement mindset and share that passion with team members to create processes that improve delivery and customer experience
- Ability to excel in a high energy, collaborative team environment
- Excellent interpersonal, oral/written communication, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 15% annually.

• Reviewing our current Sage Intacct configuration and identifying gaps, errors, and inefficiencies • Cleaning up and reorganizing the chart of accounts, ledger structure, and system settings • Handling beginning balance imports and historical data cleanup from our prior accounting system • Managing and validating journal entry (JE) imports • Performing and troubleshooting in-system reconciliations (GL, bank, subledgers) • Building and refining custom reports, dashboards, and financial statements in Sage Intacct • Configuring and managing user-defined dimensions and dimension relationships • Advising on best practices for workflows, controls, approvals, and reporting • Providing clear guidance, documentation, and training to internal staff as needed
