• Own end-to-end deployment execution across multiple customer accounts and timelines, including new site implementations, customer onboarding, and connector development rollouts • Build and manage project plans that align customer goals, internal resourcing, technical dependencies, and delivery milestones • Tracking and coordinating technology deployments with our customers and partners on a global scale • Drive structured kickoff, requirements gathering, implementation, validation, and go-live processes—ensuring consistent execution and high-quality outcomes • Coordinate our efforts between our customers and engineering teams by prioritizing deployment needs, tracking open questions/issues, and ensuring timely resolution of technical and product blockers • Maintain clear project documentation (status, risks, decisions, timelines, scope changes) and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders and customer leaders • Partner closely with Technical Account Managers, Sales Engineers, Account Managers, and Applications/Engineering teams to deploy successful rollout and end-to-end solutions across the Arch product stack • Lead retrospectives and continuously improve deployment playbooks, templates, checklists, and operating cadence to improve team efficiency and customer experience

Job Requirements

  • 3–5 years of project management experience in a SaaS company, manufacturing technology company, or customer-facing technical environment
  • Experience managing cross-functional programs that involve external customers and internal engineering/product stakeholders
  • Comfort operating in technical conversations (connectivity, integrations, data flows) and translating those details into clear project plans and action items
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
  • Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills, including the ability to manage stakeholder expectations and drive accountability
  • Experience with Project Management methodologies (Agile, hybrid Agile/waterfall, or similar) and Project Management Software
  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent industry experience)
  • Understanding of cultural sensitivity and ability to collaborate with teams in Asia, Europe, and the Americas

Position Summary The Project Manager-Professional Services is a customer-facing role responsible for leading IV pump with safety software implementation projects within healthcare environments. This role may also support larger program initiatives under program leadership. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: - Secret level clearance required - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - 3–5 years of experience in government contract financial management. - Familiarity with various contract types, subcontracts, or grants, including Cost Reimbursable contracts (CPxF), Firm Fixed Price (FFP), and Time and Material (T&M) contracts.
