• Answers incoming calls to schedule Radiology appointments and makes outgoing calls to patients and physicians. • Handles scheduling and pre-registration calls based on business needs. • Follows standardized process to get and give information during scheduling/pre-registration calls according to documented work processes. • Enters all information into the applicable computer programs and systems. • Determines the needs of other callers with a focus on one call resolution and ensures every customer receives the highest quality of customer service. • Takes incoming calls to schedule Radiology appointments and contacts patients and referring physician offices to schedule appointments. • Follows prescribed list of questions/scripts and provides standardized responses to get and give information during scheduling/pre-registration. • Ensures the gathering of accurate and complete patient data required to complete the scheduling process and any specific information required by customer facility. • Enters all information into the applicable computer system in accordance with documented work processes. • Determines customers’ needs based on incoming calls, escalates calls as necessary to Patient Services Supervisor or Patient Services Manager as appropriate. • Completes any additional job duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience required.
- 6 months+ of medical or related training and/or experience
- Computer literacy and experience with general office equipment required.
- Strong multi-tasking abilities, strong communication skills, ability to work well with physicians, patients, and coworkers
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

LOCATION - Remote with up to 60% travel Nationwide SALARY RANGE - $50-60K Position Summary The Robotics Implementation Lead oversees the deployment, optimization, and operational success of robotic cleaning solutions across customer sites. This role manages end‑to‑end implementation activities, provides direct leadership to support staff, ensures technical accuracy, and drives continuous improvement throughout the deployment lifecycle. Working closely with the Director of Robotics Implementation, this position collaborates with field operations, engineering teams, and customer stakeholders to ensure robots are configured, deployed, and maintained to the highest standards. Duties and Responsibilities - Lead remote and in-person training for field teams using train-the-trainer methodology. - Lead initial robot deployments including mapping, performance optimization, and validation (will train) - Provide on-site support during deployments and early-stage operations. - Serve as the Robotics Subject Matter Expert (SME), offering expertise across deployment, operation, and troubleshooting - Monitor robot performance and report observations promptly. - Document metrics and support preparation of recap reports for leadership. - Troubleshoot technical or operational issues. - Work closely with the Robotics Implementation Director to share field insights and ensure any technical issues or anomalies are address promptly - Support cross-functionally with additional robot testing when coverage gaps arise, ensuring continuous support and oversight of robotic operations - Support with robot demos at customer sites as needed based on the business need - Communicate clearly with stakeholders and provide deployment updates. Overview Our Nurse Practitioner (NP) plays a critical role in assessing patients' mental and physical health based on symptoms and complaints. They collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop, implement, and evaluate treatment plans, which may include conducting individual psychotherapy, diagnosing psychiatric disorders, and prescribing medications. NPs also order diagnostic tests, monitor patients’ medication use and side effects, and educate patients and families about mental health conditions and treatment options. Salary The salary range for this position is $125,000 - $135,000. Responsibilities Treatment Planning & Implementation: 75% - Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop, implement, or evaluate treatment plans. - Conduct individual psychotherapy for those with chronic or acute mental disorders. - Prescribe psychotropic medications, including controlled substances, and educate patients on medication risks, benefits, and side effects. - Monitor patients’ medication usage, side effects, and results. - Evaluate patients’ behavior and response to treatment to assess the effectiveness of interventions. - Educate patients and family members about mental health conditions, treatment plans, and medications. - Work effectively with difficult patients, verbally deescalating when necessary. Compliance & Documentation: 15% - Document patients’ medical and psychological histories, physical assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, prescriptions, and outcomes. - Complete all patient visits and accurate documentation in the EHR. - Practice in compliance with HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, national standards of care, and internal policies. - Use recommended references and consult with the Clinical Director/Medical Director as needed for clinical guidance. Patient Assessment & Diagnosis: 10% - Assess patients’ mental and physical status based on presenting symptoms and complaints. - Diagnose psychiatric disorders and mental health conditions. - Distinguish between physiologically- and psychologically-based disorders and diagnose appropriately. - Order appropriate diagnostic testing such as EKGs, lab work, and other forms of testing as needed. Qualifications - 2 years experience practicing as a Nurse Practitioner - Currently holds a Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner license (PMHNP) - Experience in Addiction and Mental Health - Open to obtaining additional state licensures - Motivational Interviewing experience - Willingness to work in partnership with the client to achieve goals - Must have experience working with adults in need of general mental health and/or severe mental illness (SMI) treatment - Must have experience and comfort working with patients across the lifespan (ages 13yrs+) - Knowledge of mental health diagnoses and/or substance abuse dual-diagnoses. - Treatment planning - Ability to conduct and utilize comprehensive assessments - Timely and quality documentation; experience with EHRs - Adaptable to technology including telehealth software; comfortable with video communication - Awareness of and compliance with HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 - Eligibility to work in the United States.
