Role Description As a Product Marketing Manager, reporting directly to Anaïs, our Lead Marketing, you will be responsible for the positioning and go-to-market of Omnidoc’s solutions. You will work closely with the Product, Sales, CSM, and Marketing teams to: - Act as the voice of the market within the Product team, bringing customer insights to shape product decisions and priorities. - Turn our innovations into clear, tangible value for healthcare professionals. - Design and execute impactful product launches. - Equip Sales & CSM with practical and effective tools that make a real difference. - Build a deep understanding of the market, customer needs, and competition. Qualifications - Experience in product marketing or related field. - Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Requirements - Conduct market & competitive intelligence, and share insights to influence the product roadmap. - Collect and structure customer and field feedback (in collaboration with Sales & CSM) to feed the Product roadmap (together with the Product Manager). - Ensure a continuous feedback loop between Product, Marketing, Sales, and CSM. - Define and refine the positioning and key messages of our solutions. - Guarantee consistency of messaging across all channels and assets. - Define and execute launch plans tailored to the scope (minor feature vs. strategic launch). - Design and produce product communication materials (product sheets, videos, etc.). - Create resources to empower the Sales team (pitch decks, objection handling guides, demo scripts, etc.). - Provide launch kits, tutorials, FAQs, and educational content to support our clients. - Orchestrate external and internal communications (customer/prospect emails, LinkedIn, internal announcements). - Train internal teams on product positioning and new features. - Contribute to activation, onboarding, and product adoption to maximize engagement, retention, and recurring usage. - Implement Product-Led Growth initiatives (emails, in-app campaigns, educational content, nurturing). - Monitor and analyze usage, adoption, and retention KPIs, and recommend corrective actions. The Role Responsible for leading a large cross-functional team in the development and delivery of Lumen Consumer services aligned with business objectives, priorities and the portfolio roadmap.
