• Gather requirements, define roles and responsibilities, develop project charters, schedules, communication plans, and risk mitigation strategies. • Oversee project delivery, manage stakeholder expectations, allocate resources, coordinate third parties, and control scope, schedule, and cost changes. • Track performance against time and budget, report progress to internal and external stakeholders, and maintain project documentation. • Obtain client sign-off, finalize documentation, and lead post-project retrospectives for process improvement. • Implement and configure technical integrations for SaaS platforms — including SSO, APIs, data systems (HRIS, SIS, etc.), user roles, and permissions. • Advise clients on content migration, LTI app setup, and customization using JavaScript or CSS. • Design solutions to enhance AI-driven efficiencies, maintain technical documentation, and help clients leverage APIs effectively. • Support customers with technical planning and configuration, and participate in internal projects driving team improvement and innovation.
Job Requirements
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience designing and documenting SaaS integrations and solutions.
- Familiarity with identity provider systems and API integration.
- Proficiency with online collaboration tools (Google Suite, web conferencing).
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks based on timeline and business impact.
- Programming knowledge (any language) would be highly advantageous.

Role Description This role is critical to the success of a large-scale ERP transformation (Oracle to SAP S/4HANA) at Los Alamos National Laboratory. You will lead HR and Payroll workstreams, ensuring delivery aligns with program objectives, governance, and timelines. Your work will directly impact operational efficiency, compliance, and enterprise-wide business transformation within one of the nation's most highly regulated environments. - Lead day-to-day execution of HR and Payroll ERP workstreams - Manage scope, schedule, risks, and deliverables aligned with program milestones - Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules - Coordinate across business, IT, SMEs, and vendors and system integrators - Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies - Ensure alignment with program governance and controls - Serve as escalation point for workstream-level challenges - Drive stakeholder communication and ensure cross-functional alignment Qualifications - Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of project management experience with an ERP focus - Strong experience leading ERP implementations or migrations (SAP, Oracle, Workday, or equivalent) - Demonstrated experience with HR and Payroll business processes and systems - Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional teams in matrixed program environments - Strong risk management, scheduling, and stakeholder communication skills - Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or equivalent Requirements - U.S. Citizenship preferred; must be able to obtain DOE clearance - Experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ERP environments - Experience transitioning from Oracle to SAP or similar ERP platform migrations - Background in federal, DOE, or highly regulated industries - Experience working with system integrators and large-scale ERP vendors - Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery models - PMP certification or equivalent project management credential Company Description

Reporting to the Director of Engineering, as the Engineering Project Manager, Manufacturing you'll oversee engineering projects, with varying levels of complexity, from conception to completion. You'll manage all aspects of project safety, scope development, cost estimates, regular cost forecasts and schedule. We ask that you have a strong technical background, demonstrated through previous experience in the food, pharmaceutical or CPG industry, excellent project management skills, and the experience to lead cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Responsibilities Include: - Lead and manage engineering projects, ensuring agreement on our goals. - Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. - Coordinate, collaborate and provide technical guidance to internal cross-functional teams, including manufacturing and quality assurance. Externally, you will collaborate with equipment vendors, construction contractors and engineering services. - Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions. - Communicate project status, updates, and milestones to stakeholders - Ensure compliance with industry standards, USDA/FDA regulations, and best practices. - Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project team.
