Under the guidance of an experienced Preceptor, you’ll learn every aspect of skilled nursing facility operations and graduate ready to lead your own building. This is more than a training program — it’s a launchpad for long‑term leadership within our organization. What Makes This Program Different A Direct Path to Administrator Many of our current Administrators began as AITs or internal promotions. When you complete the program and earn your license, you’ll step directly into an Administrator role at one of our facilities in Colorado or Nebraska. Onsite Housing Provided We offer comfortable, onsite housing at our Bent County Healthcare Center in Las Animas, CO — making relocation simple and cost‑effective.
