Technical Services Support Manager – Construction Materials

• Support revenue growth by partnering with Regional Sales Managers and Inside Sellers on complex opportunities. • Assist in managing the sales funnel for technically driven projects, including qualification, solution development, and closing. • Participate in creation of content and be the SME liaison for marketing activities. • Provide technical and application support for company products, ensuring proper utilization and handling both pre and post sale. • Conduct virtual training courses and educational webinars to build product awareness and support growth strategies. • Document customer interactions, technical support cases, and project details in CRM.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of technical service experience in the construction market.
- Knowledge of the construction industry terminology and regulations.
- Experience with funnel management and proficiency in CRM software.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-directed, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong analytical and computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- High personal savvy with the ability to build long-term customer relationships.
