As a supervisor for more than 10 junior professionals, the role is responsible for the development of technical skills with focus on their career development, monthly training sessions, and quarterly review of the professional’s project execution performance. Responsible for the performance management process, mentoring, recognition, and any corrective actions required. Coordinate with resource managers on the availability of junior professionals and assist identify and obtain tasks for those that are supervised. You’ll be asked to help grading and drainage design for new building sites, remodels, and additions as well as provide utility delivery, access road design, permitting, and construction support.
