• Own the design, configuration, and ongoing optimization of Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking • Lead Workday semi‑annual releases, including impact analysis, testing, documentation, and deployment • Act as the escalation point for complex payroll, time, and absence issues • Configure payroll processing, earnings, deductions, and payroll schedules • Maintain U.S. payroll compliance across federal, state, and local requirements • Provide Tier 3 support for payroll, time, and absence system and data issues • Build and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, audits, and calculated fields • Mentor HRIS and payroll system resources and promote Workday best practices

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of Workday experience
  • 5+ years supporting Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence
  • Strong U.S. payroll expertise in multi‑state, complex environments (5,000+ employees)
  • Hands‑on experience with Workday configuration, reporting, integrations, and release management
  • Experience supporting SOX‑controlled payroll environments
  • Workday certifications in U.S. Payroll, Time Tracking, and/or Absence preferred
  • Proven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and deliver compliant, scalable solutions.
