Qualifications - Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. - Information Technology Infrastructure project experience (new office buildouts, office relocations, public or private cloud integrations or migrations). - Experience working with construction general contractors, audiovisual vendors, internet service providers, and IT equipment procurement specialists. - 4+ years of project management experience. - Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients & set proper expectations. - Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline. - Knowledge around Project Management software tools, methodologies, and best practices. Name of position: Project Manager – Health Data Modernization Location : Remote Role Summary The Project Manager will provide overall project leadership, governance, schedule management, stakeholder coordination, and delivery oversight for the Green Mountain Care Board’s Rural Health Transformation initiative. This role will ensure project activities are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with State governance, reporting, and operational expectations. Key Responsibilities · Develop, maintain, and manage the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) using MS Project / Planner Premium · Coordinate project plans, milestones, dependencies, resource allocations, and delivery timelines across multiple teams · Lead project governance, status reporting, executive communication, and steering updates · Maintain and manage RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies, Decisions) · Track schedule variance, critical path, milestone health, and corrective actions · Coordinate cross-functional teams including business, technical, governance, analytics, and vendor stakeholders · Support project intake, planning, prioritization, and alignment with strategic goals · Manage change control documentation and schedule/budget impacts · Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and executive-level project reporting · Ensure project documentation, deliverables, and approvals are complete and audit- ready · Facilitate communication across State leadership, program teams, and supporting Vendors · Monitor progress against project objectives and recommend mitigation strategies where needed Required Qualifications •Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or related field •PMP certification preferred / strongly desired •5+ years of project management experience leading enterprise or public-sector IT initiatives •Demonstrated experience with: O MS Project / Planner Premium O Azure DevOps O Agile and hybrid delivery environments O executive reporting and governance processes •Experience managing cross functional teams, schedules, risks, and project reporting •Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications •Experience supporting healthcare, public sector, Medicaid, CMS, or health data modernization programs •Familiarity with: oPower BI oSharePoint oPower Automate ocloud-based delivery environments •Experience in data modernization, governance, or enterprise transformation programs

• Develop and maintain positive coaching relationships with learners throughout their apprenticeship journey • Deliver engaging one-to-one coaching sessions, workshops, and learning activities • Support learners to develop their project management knowledge, skills, and behaviours in line with the apprenticeship standard • Monitor learner progress and implement interventions where additional support is required • Conduct regular progress reviews with learners and employers, setting meaningful development goals • Prepare learners for End Point Assessment and support them to achieve successful outcomes • Maintain accurate learner records and ensure compliance with apprenticeship requirements • Work collaboratively with colleagues to continuously improve learner experience, quality, and outcomes • Contribute to standardisation activities, best practice sharing, and curriculum improvements

• Plans, directs, and coordinates activities for utility-scale renewable energy projects to ensure project objectives are accomplished safely, on schedule, and within budget • Manages the design, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and close-out of utility-scale solar, BESS, and hybrid renewable energy projects • Develops, maintains, and executes detailed project execution plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and risk management • Establishes and manages project budgets and forecasts; coordinates regular cost and cash flow reporting with Accounting and Finance • Provides engineering and technical support to development, permitting, and interconnection activities as required • Oversees construction execution, ensuring compliance with construction contracts, environmental regulations, permits, safety requirements, and quality standards • Organizes and leads project meetings and provides clear status reporting to internal management and external stakeholders • Manages execution of interconnection agreement tasks and coordination with utilities, including testing, energization, and achievement of commercial operation • Coordinates with Legal on negotiation and administration of contracts, supply agreements, and warranties • Supports construction and financing activities, including lender due diligence and independent engineer reviews • Works closely with Development to ensure a seamless transition of projects into construction • Coordinates turnover of completed projects to Operations and Asset Management, including documentation, training, and warranty support • Oversees Construction Managers, Assistant Project Manager, Project Engineer, and quality personnel assigned to the project
