Job Description

Data Analyst

Bixal

• Assist in creating and updating weekly and monthly reports • Maintain dashboards tracking: Website traffic and engagement, Email campaign performance, Social media metrics, Customer inquiry trends • Conduct basic analysis to identify trends and patterns • Support campaign performance analysis (e.g., email, social, web content) • Assist with audience segmentation and simple performance comparisons • Help translate data into clear summaries for team members • Work with tools such as: Google Analytics (GA4), Excel / Google Sheets, Data visualization tools (Looker Studio or similar) • Assist in analyzing user behavior (e.g., page views, bounce rates) • Support UX audits and reporting with data inputs • Collaborate with senior analysts and cross-functional teams (communications, product, tech)

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience, 6 years)
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in digital analytics or data analysis
  • Experience independently managing reporting and analytics workflows
  • Strong proficiency in: Google Analytics (GA4)
  • Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables)
  • Data visualization tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar)
  • Ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Duties and Responsibilities - Coordinate with customers and program contractors to support participation in residential energy efficiency programs. - Support internal project processing and timely submission of program data to implementation partners. - Maintain program project calendar and coordinate milestone deadlines with relevant stakeholders. - Establish and maintain a professional customer and contractor rapport, including identifying and anticipating customer needs and proposing solutions. - Understand the organization and decision-making process to work with stakeholders in determining project eligibility, schedule, and potential energy savings. - Efficiently manage multiple projects, provide timely updates, and ensure program participants, contractors, and team leadership have the information necessary to communicate project status and reprioritize as necessary. - Be familiar with program guidelines and effectively communicate with contractors and participants to ensure projects meet program requirements. - Coordinate the submission and review of relevant program documentation, including baseline and efficient equipment specification sheets and calculations. - Maintain quality control of all deliverable products, demonstrating objectivity and clarity while maintaining project schedules. - Other duties as assigned.
