Executive Assistant – Marketing & Communications Lead
Cloud Accountant Staffing
• You become the operator behind communication, marketing, and day-to-day execution • You’ll work closely with leadership, support client experience end-to-end • Ensure that both communication and marketing aren’t just running — but running well • You’ll be the steady presence behind every client interaction • From managing shared inboxes to guiding clients through onboarding and offboarding • You don’t just respond — you create structure • You take ownership of the content calendar and make sure it actually happens • You schedule, publish, and keep things moving using tools like Social Pilot • You pay attention to performance, identify what’s working, and continuously improve from there • You introduce structure into communication and marketing workflows
Job Requirements
- Strong experience managing client communications end-to-end
- Hands-on experience with onboarding/offboarding and process documentation
- Proven ability to manage and execute content calendars
- Clear, professional, and thoughtful written communication
- Experience building SOPs, templates, and structured workflows
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and systems-driven
- Comfortable using Google Workspace (experience with Canopy or Social Pilot is a plus)
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and follow through
