Tied to the Revenue Cycle Shadeland office in Indianapolis, IN. Opportunity for remote schedule. Mon-Fri from 8a-5p. This position is responsible for leadership of assigned teams within IU Health Revenue Cycle Services. Ensures high quality standardized work processes that result in consistent outcomes that compare favorably with relevant national benchmarks. Serves as the first tier escalation for team members on task oriented problems or issues, and supports management in promotion of staff development and the allocation and coordination of daily work. Key Responsibilities: The RCS Team Lead is responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient workflow within the Revenue Cycle Services team. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
