This role supports systems used every day by the business. You will help keep applications running smoothly, fix issues, and support new requests. You will work closely with business partners and other IT team members in a team-based environment. This role supports production systems, helps with system changes, and provides advanced support when issues come up. Responsibilities: - Support and manage ECM applications, including FileNet and OnBase - Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for application issues - Monitor systems daily to make sure they are working properly - Work with business users to understand their needs and requirements - Configure and update applications based on business needs - Support new development work through all stages of the IT lifecycle - Help troubleshoot and resolve system issues quickly - Work with tools such as Content Navigator, FileNet P8 Loader, CEBIT, DejaViewer, and OnBase - Use monitoring tools to identify and respond to system alerts - Work closely with other FileNet and OnBase team members - Manage your own work while supporting team and operational needs Qualifications: - 10+ years of experience in information technology - Experience supporting complex business applications - Strong understanding of how systems connect and impact business operations - Experience with FileNet P8 Loader and CEBIT - Experience administering and supporting Content Navigator - Experience with Windows Server, Red Hat Linux (RHEL), and SQL Server - Ability to follow existing system designs and apply them to new work - OnBase administration and workflow experience preferred - OnBase certifications (Administrator, Workflow, API) are a plus - Experience using monitoring tools such as Dynatrace and Splunk - Ability to learn new technologies independently - Self-starter who can manage time and priorities effectively - Strong teamwork and communication skills If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 122,200 - 203,600 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
