VP, Digital Commerce – Growth

• Own DTC revenue, margin, and digital P&L across all Arcaea brands • Lead forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking across acquisition, retention, and conversion • Identify and unlock new growth opportunities across channels, lifecycle stages, and platforms • Set the long-term digital commerce strategy across the brand ecosystem • Build scalable systems, processes, and operating models that support both existing and future brands • Balance near-term scrappiness with thoughtful long-term infrastructure and platform decisions • Establish a unified analytics framework, dashboards, and core KPIs across brands • Translate performance data into clear insights and action, partnering with leadership to guide strategic decisions • Own CRM and lifecycle strategy including email, SMS, loyalty, and subscription • Scale high-performing subscription and retention programs to increase LTV • Create disciplined testing frameworks for messaging, cadence, and offers • Own performance marketing strategy and execution across paid channels, in-house and through agencies • Optimize CAC, efficiency, and incremental growth • Own the end-to-end digital consumer journey across brands driving seamless, conversion-optimized experiences • Lead conversion, UX, and experimentation frameworks • Partner with creative and brand teams to ensure performance and brand integrity coexist • Own ecommerce platforms, websites, and core digital infrastructure ensuring stability, scalability, and cost efficiency of the digital stack • Partner with operations on platform selection and roadmap • Lead Amazon, TikTok Shop, and retailer digital strategies, execution, and optimization as the brand ecosystem expands ensuring consistent merchandising, storytelling, and conversion across all platforms • Build, develop, and lead a high-performing digital team • Directly manage brand-level digital managers and set clear expectations, KPIs, and operating rhythms • Lead from the front, comfortable setting strategy and rolling up your sleeves when needed

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience building and scaling digital commerce businesses with direct ownership of revenue, P&L, and outcomes
  • Proven track record driving significant growth – whether scaling from early stages, turning around underperforming digital ecosystems, or building new foundations from scratch
  • Deep, hands-on understanding of DTC economics, including conversion, retention, LTV, and unit economics
  • Execution-level experience across performance marketing, CRM, subscription, and lifecycle marketing
  • Ability to design and implement cost-efficient, scalable digital systems and operating processes
  • Strategic thinker who can architect for scale while operating lean, prioritizing effectively, and sequencing investments in resource-constrained environments
  • Proven people leader with experience building, developing, and leading high-performing teams
  • Strong cross-functional partner to brand, creative, product, and operations teams
  • Clear, concise communicator who can translate complexity into action
  • Experience in beauty, wellness, or consumer brands preferred
  • Multi-brand experience and high-growth or early-stage company experience strongly preferred
  • Experience launching new brands or categories digitally is a plus.

The ideal candidate will be a skilled negotiator and communicator, with significant experience in the field of site acquisition and permitting.   Essential Functions: - Prepare candidate information reports detailing leasing, permitting, and land use viability for potential wireless communication sites. - Negotiate leases and easements with property owners to secure land rights for wireless communication installations. - Draft and proof recordable transaction documents, including leases, easements, and other legal documents, for review by the legal department. - Review title reports to identify ownership, encumbrances, easements, and other relevant factors, and provide recommendations regarding the viability of the leasing opportunity. - Interview zoning and permitting personnel to gather jurisdictional approval requirements for the installation of wireless communication facilities and related equipment. - Supervise or direct external vendor partners, such as environmental engineers, architectural & engineering firms, title search firms, and other professionals to ensure that transactions close within defined timeframes. - Prepare and submit zoning and permitting applications, tracking their progress and ensuring that they meet all local regulatory requirements. - Monitor application progress and assist with any jurisdictional requests for additional information or documentation during the review process. - Manage the collocation application process, guiding it through the Notice to Proceed (NTP) phase. - Represent the company at meetings with landlords, jurisdictions, homeowners’ associations (HOA), design review boards, and neighborhood groups to address concerns and ensure compliance with requirements. - Verify and obtain Enhanced 911 addressing, ensuring that all relevant addresses meet regulatory standards. - Perform additional duties or special projects as assigned, based on company needs or project scope. - Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws while carrying out all responsibilities.
