The Desire Company is seeking experienced Workplace Safety and Compliance Professionals to participate in paid brand projects with leading industrial, safety, and workplace solutions brands. This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your expertise to create impactful content that helps shoppers make confident purchase decisions. Project Overview: - Filming Location: Varies by project (travel may be required) - Time on Set: Approximately 3–5 hours (half-day; subject to change) - Final Deliverables: 1 Product Recommendation Video per project - Pay: Starting at $1,500 Key Responsibilities: - Provide expert insights related to workplace safety, compliance, and risk management. - Participate in a brief pre-production call to align on project goals and expectations. - Collaborate with our production crew during filming sessions. - Communicate recommendations clearly and responsibly for a consumer audience. Job Requirements
- Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in workplace safety, compliance, occupational health, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of safety equipment, compliance tools, or workplace products within your area of expertise, and the ability to assess and communicate their value to consumers.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences.
- Willingness to travel if required.

Description of Work The Nursing Home Surveyor (Facility Compliance Consultant I) position involves regulatory activities to determine compliance of nursing homes with federal and state federal and state requirements through inspections. Job responsibilities include: • Surveying nursing homes during routine surveys and complaint investigations. • Completing survey reports, including statements of deficiency and complaint allegation findings. Must pass the Federal Surveyor Minimum Qualifications Test (SMQT) after training. This is a home-based position servicing Chowan, Currituck, Dare, Edgecombe, Franklin, Gates, Halifax, Hertford, Nash, Northampton, Pasquotank, Perquimans, Vance, Wake and Warren counties region. The Nursing Home Surveyor spends an average of three days per week in nursing homes conducting inspections. Occasionally inspections are required on weekends and night shift. Although management attempts to schedule inspections within a region, the consultant needs to expect overnight stays when the nursing home is greater than 60 miles from their home-base. Knowledge Skills and Abilities/Management Preferences Salary Range: $55,221 - $96,639 Recruitment Range: $55,221 - $71,464 Candidates now meet the minimum qualifications of a position if they meet the minimum education and experience listed on the vacancy announcement. • Reporting to the Regional Manager of Government Relations, you will have substantial contact with state regulatory officials on the timely approval and implementation of ISO filings, and related issues. • You will monitor all property/casualty insurance legislation and regulations impacting ISO products and operations. • You will be expected to maintain awareness of current events and topics at the local and regional level and maintain relations and liaise with local industry trade associations and other relevant organizations and stakeholders. • Timely submission, approval and implementation of ISO's regulatory filings of insurance program coverage forms, manuals, pricing and related products. • Be ISO’s touchpoint for all regulatory issues in assigned states. • Engage with other field offices and ISO divisions to develop coordinated solutions to regional and local issues affecting ISO products and services, working closely with the Western Regional Manager and the broader Government Relations team. • Represent ISO interests at industry forums as required. • Contribute to the development of ISO's positions on specific P&C insurance sector industry topics at the regional and local level. • Provide technical support to local industry trade associations and other interested stakeholders. • Ensure compliance with all insurance product related regulatory and legislative requirements.

Also provides strategic regulatory input as required • Develops and/or reviews documents intended for submission to the Regulatory Authorities and/or Ethics Committees to assure compliance with regulatory standards • Serve as representative of Global Regulatory Affairs at project team meetings with both external and internal customers • Works within a project team, and where necessary, leads project for the region or globally • Oversee and coordinate Regulatory Affairs Specialists to achieve submission targets for contracted programs • Maintenance of project plans, project trackers and regulatory intelligence tools as it pertains to assigned responsibilities and to keep Regulatory Leadership updated. • Assist in development of Regulatory Affairs Specialists and other operational area staff, as required • Provide input, as required, into regulatory strategy and timeline development for new study opportunities Assists in establishing company standards to ensure the highest quality of submitted information • Participates in maintaining and executing on the corporate quality initiatives across business units within clinical solutions. • Keeps abreast and continually expand knowledge of laws, regulations and guidelines governing drug development and approval • Provides ICH GCP guidance, advice and training to internal and external clients • Serve as representative of Global Regulatory Affairs at business development meetings
