Business Development Lead will be responsible for identifying, securing, and nurturing business relationships to drive growth and profitability within the Commercial Services specialty area of Inizio Engage. This role involves strategic planning, identifying new business opportunities, working across specialty areas to connect subject matter experts to help solidify opportunities. What do you need for this position? - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work-related experience. - Advanced knowledge of pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device commercialization needs. - Minimum of 10 years demonstrated successful selling experience in and around the pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device arena (selling service solutions to pharma, biotech and medical device clients preferred). - Additional experience(s) across the pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device space is preferred to better understand the flow of decisions/challenges that exist to improve opportunity spotting to drive growth. - Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills. - Results oriented, resilient and self-sufficient. - Ability to travel up to 50% About Inizio Engage Inizio Engage is a strategic, commercial, and creative engagement partner that specializes in healthcare.
