Celerion
Are you a driven bioanalytical inside sales professional looking to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where your efforts directly fuel business growth? If so, we can’t wait to meet you. Celerion is hiring a remote Inside Sales Representative to support the growth in our Clinical, Biometrics, & Bioanalytical business. You will be working closely with Business Development to expand and accelerate lead generation for the US and EU. In this role, you will focus on initiating contact with potential clients to understand their specific clinical, biometrics, & bioanalytical needs and challenges. You will facilitate an introduction with Business Development to further cultivate accounts. You will bring your ability to manage lead generation with Zymewire, & LinkedIn and engage in presenting Celerion’s differentiated services to potential clients. This role offers a base salary plus commission structure and room for growth with strong performance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline preferred.
- Knowledge of the drug development lifecycle and a high-level understanding of clinical services, biometrics, and bioanalytical services & techniques is required.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A general understanding of bioanalytical techniques is beneficial.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel 2-3 times a year domestically and internationally, ability to secure a passport if not currently possessed.

• Identify, target, and generate new business opportunities in mid-market and enterprise accounts across Salesforce, ServiceNow, Oracle, product engineering, DevSec Ops, and infrastructure management services • Own the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to qualification, proposal development, client presentations, and deal closure • Build and nurture a pipeline of qualified leads using outbound prospecting, networking, and industry events • Collaborate with pre-sales, solution architects, and delivery teams to craft compelling proposals tailored to client needs • Maintain CRM records, track pipeline activities, and report on key metrics and forecasts • Understand and communicate the value proposition of our consulting offerings with clarity and precision • Develop go-to-market strategies for new verticals or service offerings as needed
