The Opportunity: As our Business Operations Manager, Marketing & Product Development, you will own and operationalize the execution engine across marketing and product initiatives ensuring campaigns, tests, launches, and cross functional efforts are delivered on time, on spec, and aligned to revenue outcomes. You will support direct response marketing, CRO, product development initiatives, and rebrand execution while acting as a central operator across Marketing, Product, Creative, Tech, and Customer Success. This is a full time, exempt, individual contributor role reporting directly to the COO, within the Business Enablement Operations function. The Team (Optional): The Business Enablement Operations team is responsible for driving operational clarity, execution, and cross functional alignment across the business. This role will serve as a critical bridge between Marketing, Product Development, and execution teams ensuring initiatives move from strategy to execution efficiently and effectively. Who You Are: - Execution Discipline. Consistently create and implement processes that deliver on time and can manage multiple moving pieces without dropping details. - Systems Thinker. You understand how marketing, tech, and creative workflows connect and proactively manage dependencies. - Data Oriented Operator. You do not just manage tasks. You understand how your work impacts performance metrics like conversion rate, AOV, and revenue. - Ownership Mentality. You take responsibility for outcomes, not just coordination, and push initiatives forward without constant direction. - Rebrand Execution Experience.
