The Opportunity: This is not a traditional system administration role. As our Business Systems Manager, you will own and operate HBI’s revenue and business systems end-to-end, ensuring that marketing, commerce, fulfillment, and customer experience run cleanly, without dependency on engineering. You will act as the primary business-facing systems owner, responsible for execution inside platforms, system reliability, and enabling teams to move quickly without technical bottlenecks. This role exists to solve: - No single owner of systems end-to-end - Execution delays due to engineering dependency - Data inconsistencies and unclear reporting definitions - Slow deployment of funnels, offers, and system changes This is a full-time, exempt, individual contributor role reporting to the COO.
