Join us as we continue to scale, diversify our portfolio, and grow with the evolving community of gamers. About the Role We're building ambitious products at Eneba, and we need a Project Lead who runs toward hard problems, not away from them. You'll be the operational centre of gravity — the person everyone trusts to get things done, keep teams aligned, and raise the bar on delivery quality. This isn't a coordination role. You'll make decisions with imperfect information, define structure where there is none, and hold yourself fully accountable for outcomes. If you thrive in fast-moving environments and have a relevant track record in tech or fintech, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities - Own the project end-to-end — from planning through delivery, no hand-offs, no excuses - Remove blockers fast and keep cross-functional teams (engineering, design, product, business) moving in the same direction - Define structure in ambiguous situations and make clear calls when the path forward isn't obvious - Communicate proactively — concise written updates, transparent blocker flagging, crisp verbal sync - Hold the standard on quality without sacrificing speed - Drive stakeholder alignment across functions and escalate risks early and clearly Requirements - High-ownership mindset — you take accountability for outcomes, not just your personal task list - Proven delivery in a relevant industry domain (at least one shipped project end-to-end) - Comfortable operating with urgency and ambiguity simultaneously - Clear, direct, and concise communicator — in writing and in the room - Strong cross-functional collaboration skills — able to align engineering, design, product, and business stakeholders - Able to analyze situations, identify root causes, and propose practical solutions - Reliable and consistent in daily execution; detail-oriented without losing sight of the bigger picture - You must be within ±2 hours of Lithuanian time (EET/EEST, UTC+2–3), meaning UTC+1 to UTC+5. Nice to Have - Prior experience leading a product or tech project from 0→1 - Experience in a startup or high-growth environment - Familiarity with platforms, marketplaces, or digital products - "Get things done" attitude with a hands-on approach and hunger to grow professionally What it’s like to work at Eneba *Opportunity to join our Employee Stock Options program. *Opportunity to help scale a unique product. *Various bonus systems: performance-based, referral, additional paid leave, personal learning budget. *Paid volunteering opportunities. *Work location of your choice: office, remote, opportunity to work and travel. *Personal and professional growth at an exponential rate supported by well-defined feedback and promotion processes. *Please attach CV's in English. *To find out about how we handle your personal data, make sure to check out our Candidate Privacy Notice https://www.eneba.com/candidate-privacy-notice
