The majority of time is spent establishing and maintaining customer relationships, developing new customer relationships, implementing sales strategies and closing sales. Sells products and/or services to a group of clients and identifies new and potential customers. Work is closely supervised. Maintains relationships. Organizational Impact: Works to achieve individual sales targets within product area and/or account by selling lower complexity products / services, developing new accounts and/or expanding existing accounts. Has some impact on the overall achievement of sales results for the team. Work typically on smaller, less complex accounts, small quota or territory. Innovation and Complexity: Follows standard sales and business development practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained. May recommend changes in account tactics to achieve sales goals. Implements improvements and changes to work processes and procedures. Communication and Influence: Communicates with external customers and / or vendors, involving basic negotiation and / or presentations in order to close sales. Obtains or provides information requiring some explanation or interpretation. Leadership and Talent Management: N / A – Job at this level are focused on self-development. Required Knowledge and Experience: • High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 4+ years experience* • OR Associate’s Degree AND 2+ years experience* • OR Bachelor’s Degree *Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences. This is a quota bearing, individual contributor role with no direct people management responsibilities. This position is virtual and requires up to 25% national travel annually to support partner engagement and business development. Job Description Core Responsibilities - Drives incremental monthly sales as an inside sales resource to meet or exceed budget objectives with indirect channel partners in a given market or region who are sub agents of a master agent or direct agents/partners. - Remotely recruits, trains, and supports the partner community to position the entire suite of Comcast Business solutions. - Serves as liaison to assigned channel partners concerning any sales related issues and escalations. - Responsible for interacting with the local market leadership to discuss sales activities, sales strategies, and escalations in the region or division. - Works closely with Partner Sales Managers and Directors on market initiatives and partner recruitment events. - Exercises judgement and discretion in negotiating deal pricing with agents and partners. - Collaborates with internal teams such as sales engineering, finance, etc. to provide exceptional client service to the partner and the customer. - Educates partners on the Comcast Business portfolios and provides consultative guidance on solutions. - Serves as liaison to channel partners with regards to any sales related issues. - Ensures consistent completion of product install by partnering with regions relative to survey, order acceptance, construction process and post-sale process. - Provides accurate and detailed weekly forecast funnel via internal CRMs. - Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. - Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
