WHAT YOU'LL NEED Required Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field. - 7+ years of professional software development experience with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software. - Expertise in C# and .NET (both .NET 8 and .NET Framework); strong understanding of the .NET ecosystem and CLR. - Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented and SOLID design principles. - Experience with SQL Server — schema design, stored procedures, query optimization, and performance tuning. - Experience designing and building microservices and distributed systems using asynchronous, message-based architectures (e.g., RabbitMQ). - Solid understanding of software development best practices including Agile methodologies, CI/CD (Azure DevOps Pipelines), and test-driven development (TDD). - Experience with containerization and container orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm chart authoring and deployment. - Familiarity with Git-based version control and GitHub pull request workflows. - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
