Job Description We are looking for a Senior Product Designer who can own a product domain and deliver high-quality experiences with strong decision execution, solid judgment, and open collaboration. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy to drive design decisions that balance user needs and business goals. We expect you to deliver intuitive, scalable, and trustworthy workflows. This role is ideal for someone who proactively shapes direction, guides others through their work, and will contribute to the evolution of how we design at SmartRecruiters.
