Jalasoft is seeking a Backend Software Engineer proficient in C#/.NET or Rust with experience in cloud technologies. As part of our team, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems deployed in cloud environments. You will collaborate with diverse teams to deliver high-quality software solutions using modern development practices and tools.
Job Requirements
- Must-Have Requirements:
- 4+ years of professional software development experience.
- Experience building scalable or transactional backend systems.
- Backend & Core Engineering
- Strong experience in .NET or Rust.
- Experience designing and building APIs.
- Experience working with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL).
- Experience with asynchronous systems and message queues.
- Cloud & Infrastructure
- Experience working with AWS or Azure.
- Experience with Docker / containerized environments.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes.
- Engineering Practices
- Experience across the full SDLC (design, development, testing, deployment).
- Strong focus on scalability, reliability, and security.
- Experience with unit and integration testing.
- Ways of Working
- Strong problem-solving skills in ambiguous environments.
- Ownership mindset (end-to-end responsibility).
