Business Analyst We’re hiring a Business Analyst II to support our product and development teams as we continue to mature our delivery capability, documentation standards and Agile practices. This is a hands‑on, delivery‑focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to evolving environments and making a visible impact. This role exists to enable greater focus and velocity across the product function. Currently, Product Owner responsibilities include significant business analysis activity; this position will take ownership of requirements, documentation and day‑to‑day analysis, allowing the Product Owner to focus on roadmap, prioritisation and stakeholder strategy. You will be joining a small, growing team as our primary Business Analyst, with real ownership and influence. This is a strong opportunity for someone ready to shape how business analysis is applied across the organisation, rather than joining an established BA team with layered hierarchy. What you’ll be doing: - Acting as the primary bridge between business stakeholders, operational teams and software developers. - Leading requirements elicitation, analysis and documentation across features and workflows. - Translating business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria and backlog‑ready deliverables. - Creating and maintaining process flows, system documentation and baseline artefacts. - Supporting backlog refinement, sprint planning and user acceptance testing (UAT). - Improving requirements clarity, documentation quality and sprint predictability. - Working daily with Product, Engineering and Operations to ensure shared understanding. - Helping to establish and formalise standards, templates and best practices for analysis and documentation. - Operating comfortably in ambiguous or under‑documented environments and bringing structure where it’s needed. - Contributing directly to increased development velocity and delivery confidence. This is not a Project Manager or Product Manager role — it is a core Business Analyst position with a strong delivery focus. We’d love to hear from someone that: - Has 2–5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst or brings strong transferable experience with a formal BA skillset. - Is comfortable working independently and taking ownership of end‑to‑end analysis activities. - Has strong written and verbal communication skills and produces clear, high‑quality documentation. - Enjoys organising messy, evolving or under‑documented systems. - Can explain complex processes clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences. - Is proactive, pragmatic and confident influencing without formal authority. - Is comfortable being the sole BA in a small, growing team and helping establish foundational practices. - Is collaborative, adaptable and motivated by meaningful impact rather than rigid structures. - Understands Agile delivery environments and works effectively with product and engineering teams. What’s next? Our recruitment team will be in touch for an initial screening call if your application is shortlisted. Please note that due to high application volumes, we may not be able to respond to every applicant individually. What we can offer you: - Contribution towards medical care with elective options for dental, vision, disability, and life insurance. - Generous PTO policy - If you think you’d be a good fit to join our team and take on this opportunity, we’d love to hear from you!! - Job Type: Full-time - Pay: $95,000- $105,000 DOE Annually Location : Remote, USA Salary : $95,000 - $105,000 Workplace : USA Experience : Mid Hours : Mon – Fri 9:00 – 18:00 ET
