Role Summary The QA / Test Automation Lead is responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of software solutions through robust testing strategies and automation practices. Acting as a key contributor within the delivery lifecycle, this role focuses on designing and implementing scalable test automation frameworks, leading testing activities, and ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements. Working across the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), the QA Lead operates effectively within Agile/Scrum environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams including developers, product owners, and stakeholders. The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to drive quality assurance initiatives and continuous improvement.
