AI Automation Engineer
Hand Talk
• Analyzing workflows across global teams to identify automation opportunities using generative and traditional AI. • Developing and implementing automations that connect our tool ecosystem (GCP and AWS clouds, Notion, CRM, Jira, GitHub, Google and Microsoft Workspace) with LLMs and AI agents. • Acting as the steward of internal AI productivity tools, ensuring they are user-friendly for non-technical users and deliver real ROI. • Enabling employees across functions to use AI tools (Prompt Engineering, agents) to maximize individual productivity. • Ensuring all internal automations comply with global privacy and data security regulations (LGPD, GDPR).
Job Requirements
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency using language model APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) and orchestration frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI or LlamaIndex).
- No-code/Low-code Automation: Advanced experience with integration platforms (Make.com, Zapier, n8n) for rapid automation prototyping.
- Proficiency in Python (essential for data manipulation and custom scripts) and knowledge of SQL.
- Practical experience implementing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems for internal knowledge bases.
- Ability to consume and integrate various SaaS system APIs.
- Skill in measuring automation impact (Lead Time reduction, Man-hour savings, quality improvements).
- Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP).
- Fluent English to collaborate with operations leads across international markets.
