Language Annotation Expert - Hebrew About Us Rime AI is building next-generation voice technology to make human–computer interactions more natural, accurate, and expressive. Our platform powers high-quality speech experiences across industries, and we’re looking for passionate language experts to help us improve the way our AI understands and speaks the world’s languages. Role Overview We are seeking Language Annotation Experts for Hebrew. In this role, you’ll contribute to the development of advanced Voice AI models by providing linguistic expertise, creating and refining annotation conventions, and supporting high-quality data collection efforts. Key Responsibilities - Develop and apply annotation guidelines tailored to your language of expertise - Label and annotate speech, text, and phonetic data with accuracy and consistency - Provide linguistic insights into pronunciation, prosody, and grammar usage - Support data collection processes, ensuring high-quality and culturally relevant datasets - Collaborate with the product and research teams to refine voice models - Perform quality checks on annotated data to ensure consistency and correctness Qualifications - Native Hebrew speaker - English language proficiency - Strong background in linguistics, phonetics, computational linguistics, or related field - Experience with data annotation, transcription, or linguistic QA - Familiarity with annotation tools and workflows is a plus - Attention to detail and ability to follow complex guidelines - Comfortable working independently in a remote, collaborative environment Nice to Have - Prior experience contributing to speech/voice technology projects - Understanding of NLP, ASR, or TTS systems - Multilingual proficiency What We Offer - Remote, flexible work - Opportunity to directly influence the future of Voice AI - Work with a diverse, mission-driven team passionate about language and technology - Note: this is a part time contract position with the possibility to grow into a full-time role.

Job Description We are seeking a talented Data Engineer to support our lean, high-impact Data team. You’ll work closely with our Head of Data as the primary hands-on data engineer for this engagement, responsible for building and maintaining our modern data infrastructure. This is an opportunity to own the technical foundation of our data platform, working with a best-in-class tool stack while collaborating closely with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to enable data-driven decision making across the organization. You'll have significant autonomy and the chance to shape much of our data architecture from the ground up. This is a contract engagement (~40 hrs/week) for 6 months with possibility of extension. What you’ll do: - Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines using our modern data stack (Fivetran, Stitch, Rudderstack, Snowflake, dbt Cloud, Hightouch, n8n) - Develop and optimize data models in dbt to support analytics, reporting, and data science initiatives - Implement data quality checks and monitoring to ensure reliability and accuracy across our data warehouse - Collaborate with the Head of Data to define technical architecture and best practices for data engineering - Build and maintain reverse ETL workflows to operationalize data across business systems - Write Python and JavaScript scripts when needed to solve custom data integration or transformation challenges - Partner with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions - Document data pipelines, transformations, and infrastructure to enable team scalability - Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies - Design data infrastructure to support AI-powered use cases, including internal knowledge bases and AI-driven insights - Partner with platform and product engineering to support application analytics, API integrations, and AI model performance monitoring Who you are: - 4+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or related technical role - Strong proficiency with SQL and experience building complex data transformations - Hands-on experience with modern data stack tools (dbt, Snowflake, Rudderstack, Fivetran, or similar ELT platforms) - Ability to write clean, maintainable code for data engineering tasks in languages like Python - Experience with data orchestration, pipeline monitoring, and troubleshooting data quality issues - Strong understanding of data warehouse design principles and dimensional modeling - Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently with minimal guidance - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment as the primary hands-on data engineer for this engagement Compensation Hourly Rate: $72.00-$79.00/hour (depending on experience) Employment Type: Contract, Full-Time (~40hrs/week) Duration: 6 Months with possibility of extension
