Go-To-Market Analyst
CeriFi
• Build and maintain recurring sales and marketing performance dashboards (primarily in Salesforce, Excel, and QuickSight) to track pipeline, bookings, rep productivity, and other KPIs. • Analyze sales, marketing, and product data to surface trends, identify risks/opportunities, and support leadership decisions. • Help streamline reporting processes, ensure data accuracy, and support automation efforts to scale GTM reporting. • Partner with Revenue Ops leadership to model sales compensation scenarios, validate attainment data, and support plan communication. • Provide data pulls, sales reconciliations, and quick-turn analyses to support forecast reviews and leadership questions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 2-5+ years of experience in data analyst, business analyst, or sales operations support role (SaaS or GTM experience a plus)
- Strong Excel skills (advanced functions, pivot tables, Power Query).
- Familiarity with Salesforce reporting; experience with BI tools (QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - can turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Curious and proactive; eager to learn GTM processes and support continuous improvement.
