Team Lead BDR

• You lead and develop a remote team of 4–5 BDRs through targeted coaching, guidance, and support, ensuring high performance in prospecting and outbound activities • You drive outbound and cold-acquisition efforts, optimize outreach approaches, and support the team in effectively positioning our solutions to customers • You support your team in adopting a relationship-building approach to engage high-potential prospects and drive attendance to events organized by the Sales Managers • You continuously monitor market trends to identify and pursue new business opportunities • You work closely with the Business Development team in France to align cross-country strategies • You regularly create reports and analyses on team performance and KPIs

Job Requirements

  • Leadership: You have at least 2 years of leadership experience, ideally within Business Development or across the full sales cycle
  • B2B Sales & BDR Experience: You have extensive experience in B2B sales, including hands-on work as a BDR, and understand the challenges of new customer acquisition firsthand
  • Team Management: You know the most important sales KPIs and can successfully steer your team using them
  • Persuasiveness: An initial "No" doesn't stop you – you know how to handle objections and have the persistence to convince potential customers of the added value of our product
  • Tools: You are accustomed to working with sales tools like Salesforce (or similar)
  • Language Skills: You have fluent German and strong English skills, both spoken and written.
