Connectivity Engineer

• Carry out integration projects and define implementation requirements (installation, training, network) • Take on project management and resource coordination for complex system implementations • Remote deployment, installation, configuration and troubleshooting of software solutions • Provide pre-sales support and collaborate with customers on proof-of-concept projects • Network troubleshooting (wired and wireless) in hospital environments • Provide 3rd-level support for complex technical issues • Create and maintain technical documentation in accordance with standard operating procedures and supervisor guidelines

Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years' experience with connectivity solutions and a bachelor's degree in engineering, IT, or electronics
  • Excellent communication skills and a good understanding of clinical workflows, including the ability to present technical solutions
  • Customer- and team-oriented personality with strong interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Technical expertise in Wi‑Fi within medical environments and an understanding of the challenges involved in deploying medical devices in hospitals
  • Solid knowledge of network environments (LAN, Wi‑Fi), IEEE 802.11 radio protocols (a/b/g/n) and MSSQL databases
  • Proficient with HL7/FHIR and related standards for electronic health information exchange
  • Some experience in project management, resource coordination and system integration
  • Fluent German and English
