Associate Director – Sales

• Set and achieve annual sales targets and revenue goals • Develop and execute strategies to identify new prospects, generate leads, and convert them into customers • Engage with senior management at client organizations and internally to define pursuit strategies and messaging • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers and partners • Understand client business objectives and align solutions to meet their strategic goals • Collaborate with presales and technical teams to develop customized proposals • Participate in RFPs and sales opportunities with cross-functional teams • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to refine sales strategies • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to drive new business opportunities

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 12+ years of proven sales experience in IT Services, Consulting, or Product/Platform organizations
  • Strong network and connections with C-level executives
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales quotas
  • Solid understanding of IT Services and digital transformation offerings
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong hunting mindset with the ability to sell large and complex solutions
  • Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Fluent in English
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Management, or related field
