About the role As an FX Trader here at Zepz you will be responsible for leading and executing high-value stablecoin and fiat currency trading strategies across multiple markets to maximize FX margins, manage liquidity, and mitigate market and operational risks. This role acts as a subject matter expert on digital FX trading—leveraging stablecoins to optimize trading execution in volatile or illiquid emerging markets. Driving trading decisions, expand liquidity provider relationships, and ensure disciplined market risk management—while shaping the future of digital treasury and FX trading. Key Responsibilities Trading Strategy & Execution - Lead stablecoin-to-fiat and fiat-to-stablecoin trading operations across exchanges, OTC desks, and liquidity providers. - Own high-volume execution and P&L delivery across selected markets, ensuring best execution and minimization of trading slippage. - Identify and capture arbitrage opportunities between official FX channels and digital asset markets. - Use stablecoins strategically to overcome liquidity constraints in emerging markets (e.g., Africa, LATAM, APAC). Risk & Liquidity Management - Manage currency exposure, liquidity buffers, operational float, and intraday funding across multiple markets. - Enforce discipline around trading limits, counterparty risk, and operational controls. - Stay ahead of global regulatory developments affecting FX, stablecoins, and digital asset flows. Platform & Automation Ownership - Evaluate and onboard exchanges, market makers, and APIs for automation. - Collaborate with product/engineering to streamline trading automation, reconciliation, and risk dashboards. Reporting & Insights - Lead daily trade blotter and P&L reporting, communicating market movements, spreads, and trading insights to leadership. - Produce weekly/monthly performance reporting, margin analysis, and efficiency improvements. Required Qualifications & Experience - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field. - 5+ years of experience in FX trading (preferably emerging markets, digital assets, or treasury roles). - Proven track record of managing trading book(s) and delivering strong P&L. - Experience trading stablecoins (USDT, USDC, EURC, etc.) on exchanges (Binance, Coinbase, Kraken), OTC desks, and P2P platforms. - Strong grasp of: - FX spot market structures, pricing, spreads - Digital asset ecosystem, blockchain fundamentals, on-/off-ramp mechanics - Liquidity management & treasury funding cycles - Advanced Excel / Sheets required; Python, SQL or scripting skills are advantageous. Role Description Form Health is currently seeking an experienced Registered Dietitian Diabetes Specialist to join our cardiometabolic team. The Registered Dietitian will be responsible for providing individualized, ongoing, comprehensive medical nutrition therapy to patients through our telehealth platform. The ideal candidate has a strong background in the field of diabetes and weight management, a positive, non-judgemental attitude, takes initiative, and is looking to continuously grow and improve our cardiometabolic program. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position with flexible schedule options. Job Responsibilities: - Work closely with Form Health obesity medicine physicians and endocrinologists, PAs and NPs to provide intensive, ongoing medical nutrition therapy support to patients via regular video visits. - Establish a professional and effective relationship with all patients, providing care that is comprehensive, empathetic, and evidence-based. - Create customized nutrition plans for patients based on their individual needs. - Provide nutrition education and counseling around diabetes self-management (primarily Type 2 Diabetes), healthy eating, and behavior change. - Act as a clinical specialist in diabetes including data interpretation with the use of Continuous Glucose Monitors (CGMs) or glucometers. - Support patients with complex co-morbidities including Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) and Cardiovascular conditions. - Review and offer feedback on patients’ daily food photos. - Support patients in between visits via daily text messaging in the Form Health app. - Work to grow and enhance our cardiometabolic program in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Qualifications - Registered Dietitian with at least 3-5 years experience in counseling, behavior modification techniques, and working with patients with diabetes (primarily Type 2 Diabetes). - Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) highly preferred. - Experience working in medical weight loss, with patients on weight loss medication, using meal replacement plans, leading support groups, and strong cognitive-behavioral therapy counseling techniques.
