• Identify and pursue cold leads through a mix of inbound and outbound strategies • Represent Artsy Couture at trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences • Collaborate with the creative team to develop sales and marketing collateral • Own and maintain warm leads and opportunities in Salesforce • Lead virtual and in-person presentations; create product samples tailored to prospective clients • Support B2B client relationships across marketing initiatives, order management, sales training, contract negotiations, and escalations • Partner with Product Engineers and Operations to problem-solve new product solutions

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years in Sales, Business Development, or a closely related role — B2B experience strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated success in building a pipeline and closing new business, not just maintaining inherited accounts
  • Experience working across both online and in-store retail sales environments
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or a comparable CRM; comfortable analyzing data and building reports in Google Sheets
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 15% of the time, including occasional short-notice trips and some international trips
  • BA or BS in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Economics, Journalism, or a related field
