This includes user guides, release notes, onboarding materials, FAQs, and in-app help content. This role is remote and based in the Philippines. Key Responsibilities - Write, edit, and maintain clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation for product features, workflows, and updates. - Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Professional Services and the Customer Education & Support teams to gather information and ensure documentation accuracy. - Create and update onboarding materials, tutorials, and help center articles. - Develop content strategies for new feature rollouts and ensure timely documentation updates. - Maintain a consistent voice and tone across all user-facing content. - Monitor user feedback and analytics to continuously improve documentation and identify content gaps. - Contribute to internal documentation and knowledge-sharing resources as needed. - Maintain the product help portals to ensure that it hosts the latest material.
