• Lead the design and implementation of the overall web front-end architecture, creating user-friendly and visually appealing web applications within the SaaS product environment • Demonstrate a strong understanding of UI/UX principles and actively participate in team discussions with Product stakeholders to translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code • Develop reusable Angular components, directives, and services, following industry best practices and coding standards • Collaborate closely with backend developers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth data flow and system architecture, integrating front-end interfaces with server-side functionality (e.g., RESTful APIs, GraphQL, microservices) while adhering to an API-first and TDD philosophy • Identify, troubleshoot, and refactor existing code, working in tandem with the QA team to identify and resolve front-end issues and bugs

• Lead the technical development of new features and products, with a focus on impact and scalability • Work on full-stack development, participating in the entire product lifecycle • Architect solutions ready for experimentation, metrics and continuous learning • Support Growth initiatives through technical improvements, product adjustments and ongoing optimizations • Collaborate with UX/UI to ensure a consistent and scalable user experience • Contribute to maintenance, evolution and refactoring of existing systems • Define and evolve architecture, standards and best practices • Evaluate and support the adoption of new technologies, frameworks and tools • Ensure alignment between business rules, product goals and technical implementation

• Own key user journeys end-to-end (challenge join, exchange signup, paywalls, UID submission, community access) • Ship fast in a small team and work directly with the founding team • Use AI tools as a force multiplier • Work closely with product, design and data so what we ship is simple, measurable and stable Rough split: ~70% frontend, ~30% backend and integrations.

• Write code as we expect our technical leadership to be in the trenches alongside engineers, understand root causes, and lead by example. • You understand key frontend performance metrics and have some experience in debugging frameworks such as Lighthouse and ChromeUX. • Exert technical influence over multiple teams, actively mentor individuals on advanced technical issues, and help technology managers guide the technical growth of their team members. • Support Product and Delivery in building highly scalable solutions aligned with non-functional requirements in terms of performance, security & regulatory. • Provide clear hands-on solutions with POCs or actual implementations depending on the particular case and scenario. • Participate in technical discussions as part of the team. You should be ready to challenge our architecture, propose changes, and ultimately implement them. • Become the first point of contact between the Architecture Engineering Team and Development Teams. Safeguard our engineering processes and the way we deliver software to browsers and mobile devices.
