• Proactively identify, develop, and qualify new lead sources within the UK, EU, and US markets, focusing on high-value, scalable growth opportunities. • Represent the company at international conferences and business events to establish brand authority and actively acquire high-quality leads. • Perform continuous research on market trends and competitor activities to identify new acquisition channels and partnership possibilities. • Drive revenue by delivering customized eCommerce solutions that address specific client business goals and digital challenges. • Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell strategies by advising clients on supplementary services and long-term growth subscriptions. • Serve as the primary liaison for global clients, nurturing durable and trust-based professional relationships. • Work in tandem with Marketing, Partnerships, and Development teams to ensure a seamless transition from the initial pitch to project delivery. • Implement and maintain standardized sales procedures to improve overall conversion rates and pipeline efficiency. • Provide the management team with transparent reports on pipeline progress, consulting activities, and actionable market insights.
Job Requirements
- At least 4 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or related commercial growth roles.
- Strong understanding of digital strategy, eCommerce platforms (Adobe Commerce, Shopify, etc.), and international market dynamics are a plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with global stakeholders.
- Results-oriented with a proactive, creative approach to problem-solving and a strong drive to exceed targets.
- Prior experience working within an eCommerce agency environment is highly advantageous.
- Ability to translate complex client needs into actionable business consulting strategies.
