Tech Lead – Desenvolvimento, PHP, Python, AWS

• Liderar tecnicamente a squad, definindo arquitetura, padrões de codificação e boas práticas de DevSecOps. • Planejar e priorizar demandas junto a Product Owner, garantindo alinhamento com metas de negócio. • Projetar, desenvolver, revisar e implantar soluções PHP (Laravel) de alta performance, seguindo princípios SOLID e Clean Code. • Orientar e mentorar desenvolvedores e testers, conduzindo code reviews, pair programming e iniciativas de melhoria contínua. • Definir métricas de qualidade (cobertura de testes, tempo de build, incidentes) e atuar na redução de débitos técnicos. • Garantir a observabilidade (logs estruturados, tracing, métricas) e a segurança (OAuth2, OWASP, LGPD) das aplicações. • Coordenar deploys em ambiente AWS (ECS/Fargate ou EKS, RDS, S3, SQS, Lambda), automatizando pipelines CI/CD (GitHub Actions ou Jenkins). • Colaborar com times de infraestrutura, produto e segurança para otimizar custos, escalabilidade e resiliência. • Comunicar riscos, prazos e status de forma transparente, negociando escopo quando necessário.
Job Requirements
- Formação: Superior completo em TI (Ciência da Computação, Sistemas de Informação ou afins).
- Experiência: 6+ anos em desenvolvimento back-end, 2+ anos como líder técnico ou similar.
- Projetos de grande porte ou complexidade, incluindo integrações de sistemas e arquitetura de dados.
- Stack principal:
- Back-end: PHP 5.6/7/8 (Laravel), Python 3; testes com PHPUnit/Pest.
- Banco de dados: MySQL, MongoDB; modelagem relacional e NoSQL.
- Front-end básico: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery.
- Frameworks Back-end: Laravel, Zend Expressive.
- Frameworks front-end: Vue
- DevOps/Cloud: AWS (ECS/EKS, RDS, S3, SQS, IAM), Docker
- Práticas: Microsserviços, APIs REST, Design Patterns, SOLID, TDD/BDD, Git Flow.
- Soft skills: Liderança servidora, comunicação clara, facilitação ágil (Scrum/Kanban), feedback contínuo.
- Idiomas: Inglês técnico para leitura/escrita de documentação.
