QA Engineer – Manual & Automation

Devsu

• Execute end-to-end testing cycles including functional, regression, integration, and smoke testing across web applications (including responsive/mobile views). • Design, develop, and maintain E2E automation frameworks using Playwright. • Build clean, robust, and reusable automation scripts aligned with the existing architecture. • Validate REST APIs using Postman, including scripting, environment management, and advanced validations. • Design and execute performance, load, and stress tests to ensure system stability under high demand. • Identify performance bottlenecks and collaborate with engineering teams to optimize system behavior. • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, ensuring stories are testable and meet clear acceptance criteria. • Design test strategies, test cases, and validation plans covering dependencies and edge cases. • Manage defects end-to-end: identification, documentation, tracking, and validation of fixes. • Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous feedback. • Manage repositories using Git, including branching strategies, commits, and conflict resolution. • Handle deployments and environment management through GitHub, ensuring QA autonomy. • Organize and execute regression, smoke, and sanity testing, making informed release decisions. • Promote QA best practices such as shift-left testing, testing pyramid, and quality metrics tracking.

Job Requirements

  • Strong experience in QA with a focus on web-based applications.
  • Proven experience building and maintaining automation frameworks using Playwright.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript for test automation.
  • Hands-on experience with API testing using Postman (request creation, scripting, validations).
  • Experience in performance, load, and stress testing methodologies.
  • Advanced knowledge of Git (branching, commits, conflict resolution).
  • Experience using GitHub, including Pull Requests and environment management.
  • Ability to design clear, structured, and scalable test cases for automation.
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC processes.
  • Experience with cross-browser and mobile testing tools (e.g., BrowserStack).
  • Excellent English skills

  • Experience with performance testing tools such as Gatling, JMeter, or k6.
  • Experience working with cloud environments (GCP or similar).
  • Experience with media platforms, video workflows, or real-time systems.

In this role, you will assess and investigate complaint product device failures and patient adverse events for commercial and clinical products in collaboration with Complaint Handling, Quality/R&D/Clinical Development Engineers, Quality Compliance and Clinicians, and product safety. Collect, organize, and communicate information and data associated with complaint investigation activities, including escalation of crucial information to complaint team management How you will make an impact: • Using imaging analysis software, perform analysis on various medical imaging modalities, accurately document findings in relevant reports, and quality management systems to support event investigation. • Lead weekly case review calls with complaint investigators and summarizes and circulate appropriate documentation and findings. • Collaborate with various stakeholders (e.g. Clinical, Professional Education, Field teams) to develop required materials for training and education as part of a prevention/mitigation plan. • Plan, organize and prioritize complaint investigation activities based on complaint closure and reportability timelines. • Identify and contribute to brainstorming to identify root causes and preventative actions within a cross-functional team • Generate overview reports to provide data for weekly meetings • Develop new metrics and tools to document all analysis activities and track complaints trends.
