Candidates must be willing to support EST hours.Pay Rate: $52.46 - $101.01/hourWork Hours: M-F 8am-5pmEducation: Bachelor’s Degree with technical discipline or equivalent experience Role Summary:The Data Readiness Lead ensures that data migrated into SAP S/4HANA is accurate, compliant, and business-ready at go-live. This role is critical to reducing data risk, preventing post-go-live disruption, and ensuring measurable confidence in enterprise data quality across ERP transformation initiatives. This is a hands-on execution role embedded within ERP project teams, partnering closely with business data owners, data migration teams, and project leadership to drive data readiness, governance, and quality outcomes.
