Role Description Definir e evoluir a visão, estratégia e roadmap de produtos de prevenção à fraude, identidade digital e monitoramento transacional. - Atuar como dono(a) do produto (Product Owner), priorizando backlog com base em impacto de negócio, risco, experiência do cliente e métricas de performance. - Liderar o discovery contínuo, identificando problemas reais de clientes e oportunidades de melhoria por meio de dados, pesquisas e inputs do mercado. - Trabalhar de forma próxima a times multidisciplinares (engenharia, ciência de dados, risco, compliance, jurídico, UX e operações). - Traduzir necessidades regulatórias (ex.: LGPD, Bacen, COAF, AML/KYC) em requisitos claros de produto. - Definir e acompanhar KPIs e métricas-chave, como: - Taxa de fraude - Falsos positivos/negativos - Conversão de onboarding - Latência de decisões - Aprovação automática vs. manual - Garantir a evolução de modelos de decisão, regras antifraude, scorecards, machine learning e integrações com bureaus/parceiros. - Apoiar go‑to‑market, posicionamento do produto e alinhamento com áreas comerciais e de atendimento. - Monitorar tendências de mercado, novas threats (fraudes emergentes) e inovações em identidade digital e risk management. Qualifications - Pensamento estratégico aliado à execução. - Forte senso de ownership e accountability. - Capacidade de lidar com ambiguidades e decisões de trade-off (risco vs. experiência). - Vivência em produtos B2B ou plataformas escaláveis. - Experiência com integrações de APIs de terceiros (bureaus, listas restritivas, validação documental). - Conhecimento em machine learning aplicado a fraude e motores de decisão.
