Job summary The Practice Solutions Executive - Enterprise Networking is a presale, consultative role responsible for originating, qualifying, and shaping enterprise networking opportunities across CDW's Hybrid Infrastructure portfolio. This role partners closely with Sales to drive demand generation, advance qualified opportunities through discovery, and position CDW's enterprise networking capabilities around customer business outcomes. The Practice Solutions Executive focuses on opportunity shaping and executive engagement. The role collaborates with Solution Architects, Professional Services Managers, and partners to ensure proposed solutions are feasible, differentiated, and aligned to CDW delivery capabilities. What you will do * Originate, qualify, and shape enterprise networking opportunities requiring expertise across switching, wireless, and network security * Drive demand generation for complex, services networking initiatives, including modernization, transformation, and expansion efforts * Partner with Enterprise Sales leadership on account planning, opportunity strategy, and pursuit execution * Engage early in the sales cycle to convert leads into qualified opportunities through consultative discovery and solution positioning * Serve as a trusted advisor to customer stakeholders across IT leadership, infrastructure, security, and operations teams * Articulate CDW's enterprise networking value proposition, competitive differentiation, and partner ecosystem to technical and executive audiences * Identify Cross sell and upsell opportunities across Hybrid Infrastructure and broader CDW solution portfolios * Collaborate with Solution Architects, Professional Services Managers, and partner teams to align customer needs with delivery capabilities * Participate in customer meetings, executive briefings, industry events, and thought leadership engagements * Maintain accurate opportunity and activity documentation using CDW's CRM tools What we expect of you * Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience in enterprise networking, presales, infrastructure consulting, or technology sales support OR 14+ years of equivalent professional experience * Deep knowledge of enterprise networking technologies, architectures, and modernization strategies * Proven ability to support enterprise sales teams through consultative, outcome based engagement * Strong executive communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value * Demonstrated success collaborating across extended internal teams and partner ecosystems * Experience supporting large Enterprise accounts and complex, multistakeholder buying environments, is a plus * Familiarity with leading networking OEMs and partner ecosystems (Cisco, Arista, HPE), is a plus * Track record of driving year-over-year growth through opportunity shaping and demand creation, is a plus * Pay range: $113,525 - $158,925 depending on experience and skill set * A Benefits overview: https://cdw.benefit-info.com/ * Salary ranges may be subject to geographic differentials * Annual bonus target of 66.67% subject to terms and conditions of plan * CDW is committed to being an AI-fluent organization * We're looking for people who bring curiosity, a learner's mindset, and a willingness to engage with ever-evolving technology and tools.
