Senior Technical Consultant

• Provide technical guidance during workshops and assist in the creation and refinement of stories • Configure the ServiceNow platform during sprints while sharing knowledge and best practices with Platform Administrators • Develop and refine user stories in partnership with Product Owners and stakeholders • Implement and support integrations between ServiceNow and external systems • Mentor platform administrators and junior consultants in best practices and technical standards • Ensure solutions adhere to architectural governance, process objectives, and long-term roadmap strategies • Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of ServiceNow technical experience
- Strong understanding of ITAM processes and project/program methodologies
- Proficiency with ServiceNow scripting, configuration, and integrations
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service
- Excellent writing and communication skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or an additional 4 years of related experience
- ServiceNow certifications (CIS-HAM & CIS-SAM)
- U.S. citizenship is required
- Active Treasury Public Trust clearance is preferred.
