• Act as a liaison and collaborate with key stakeholders to analyze, evaluate, and improve health information management practices and workflows • Uses critical thinking skills to analyze complex issues, determine root cause and develop solutions independently • Act as a lead in HIM operational areas by providing support and expertise • Collaborate with HIM Leadership and IT department to identify enhancements and opportunities to improve the electronic health record • In depth analysis of HIM operations to identify areas for improvement and mitigate risks related to electronic health information • Identify opportunities for training and professional development, create training materials and deliver education to enhance the skills and knowledge of associates • Collaborates with HIM leadership to implement best practices and emerging trends in health information management to ensure compliance and optimize operations • Assist with creating standard of work, policies, and procedures for HIM operations

• Analyze, Install, Configure, Troubleshoot • Perform functional analysis of requirements to determine effort required to implement software in customers’ environments. • Configure base software in customer’s environments. • Conducting unit tests, tracking problems, and implementing changes to ensure adherence to test plan and functional requirements • Diagnosing, isolating, and implementing remedies for system failures caused by errors in software code, using knowledge of system characteristics and utilizing software-based system maintenance and tracking tools. • Establish acceptance criteria and quality goals • Provides estimates, goals, standards, constraints and dependencies as input to the SOW and the software development plan • Perform QA in the end-to-end testing process for software under your stewardship: lead analysis and resolution of software issues reported during testing • Preparation of software for distribution to customers or networks • Ensure installability through software distribution, full bare-metal installation, local updates • Support field organization as required during lab installations, certifications, training • Lead analysis and resolve software issues found during customer acceptance testing • Support/resolution of production issues forwarded by Level 3 Support including the creation of a hot fix as well as executing integration test prior to delivering to QA.

• Review, interpret, and advise on Plan Documents, Amendments, Notices, and Summary Plan Descriptions. • Manage relationships and consult with clients to oversee annual administration and special projects, as outlined in the scope of services. • Collaborate with Plan Sponsors, Recordkeepers, Financial Advisors, and Auditors to deliver tailored solutions that help clients maintain their qualified plans. • Analyze plan provisions and census data to determine eligibility, key/highly compensated employees, and input relevant data. • Perform contribution allocation calculations, including Match, Safe Harbor, Top Heavy, Profit Sharing, New Comparability, and income allocations for unincorporated businesses. • Conduct ADP/ACP, Coverage, Top Heavy, Non-discrimination, and other Compliance Testing, including corrective actions for failed tests and projected testing. • Prepare and reconcile trust accounting records. • Prepare Valuation and Compliance Reports. • Handle government form preparation, including Form 5500, Form 8955-SSA, & Form 5330. • Provide audit support for large plans. • Conduct annual administration reviews with Plan Sponsors and Advisor, as needed. • Complete plan specifications with recordkeepers when changes are made to plan provisions. • Continuously expand expertise and stay informed on relevant regulations. • Assist with other plan administration inquiries as required. • Actively contribute to the development and enhancement of processes and procedures, valuing creativity and innovation.

• Meet or exceed assigned yearly sales goal • Use of consultative and negotiating selling skills to uncover and close opportunities to advance sales • Maintain strong level of digital and print product knowledge • Develop, maintain, and keep current all account records in CRM system, including documentation and maintenance of opportunities and documentation of communication with customers • Deliver in-person or WebEx orientation sessions to EC’s key customers at the beginning of a semester • Assist eLearning Specialist in the Digital Publishing department with customer/instructor training and stimulation of usage of digital products for EC’s customers • Report on market conditions, trends, and opportunities in the competitive environment • Monitor and manage territory expenses, including comp copy distribution to ensure compliance with forecasted budget • Complete special projects as assigned by the Regional Sales Manager
