• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of phased rollouts for new tools or capabilities • Establish and manage a disciplined operating rhythm (e.g., agendas, action tracking, decision logs, workback plans) • Maintain and actively manage RAID logs (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies), including proactive escalation • Translate rollout strategies into clear readiness criteria, go-live gates, and execution plans • Coordinate cross-functional dependencies across operations, tooling, governance, and enablement teams • Support and drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning, coordination, and execution • Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption • Create clear stakeholder materials outlining what is changing, who is impacted, and scope boundaries • Own documentation governance, ensuring accuracy, version control, and a single source of truth • Develop and maintain runbooks, FAQs, and process documentation as capabilities evolve • Lead communications and enablement efforts, including release notes, announcements, and training coordination • Facilitate feedback loops and incorporate insights into continuous improvement efforts • Present plans, status updates, and risks to stakeholders and leadership

• Oversee the company’s compliance program and policies including audit readiness, and regulatory certification efforts. • Partner with IT Security, Risk, Legal, and Audit teams to ensure project deliverables support compliance with ISO 27001, SOC 1, PCI DSS, and HIPAA/HITECH standards. • Serve as a liaison between technical teams, compliance officers, and executive stakeholders to ensure transparency, accountability, and timely delivery. • Collaborate with IT, Security, and Compliance leadership to monitor program and project health, risk, and audit readiness. • Assist in the preparation for internal and external audits, including SOC, ISO, PCI DSS, HIPAA/HITECH, or other applicable frameworks. • Establish and manage the IT and Compliance PMO framework, ensuring consistent project governance, documentation, and execution across all IT initiatives. • Support audit and regulatory review processes through proper documentation and evidence tracking. • Develop IT and Compliance project plans, set deadlines and owners for specific tasks, and track the progress of each project. • Monitor project health and program performance through KPIs, dashboards, and executive reporting. • Facilitate project status meetings and Compliance Committee sessions to review progress, risks, and alignment with regulatory frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 1, PCI DSS, HIPAA/HITECH). • Create and maintain project dashboards for executives and stakeholders that provide clear visibility into schedules, risks, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple initiatives. • Execute, lead, and support other projects assigned by leadership in support of organizational goals and strategic objectives.

B. im Umgang mit APIs, Datenstrukturen und Systemlogiken. • Du hilfst bei der Erstellung und Aufbereitung von Präsentationen, Dokumentationen und Konzepten für unsere Kunden. • Du bereitest Kundenmeetings und Workshops vor und unterstützt bei der Durchführung – sowohl organisatorisch als auch inhaltlich. • Du arbeitest dich mit Unterstützung deines Teams in unser Produkt und unsere Technologien ein und baust dir Schritt für Schritt ein fundiertes Verständnis für unsere Lösung auf. • Du stehst im Austausch mit internen Stakeholdern und – je nach Erfahrung – auch direkt mit Kunden, um Anforderungen zu verstehen und umzusetzen. • Du unterstützt beim Templating für unsere Kunden und bringst dafür idealerweise erste Erfahrungen mit Technologien wie einfachem JavaScript, XML und XSLT-Transformationen mit.
